I created FlowFusion from my own lived experience of freeze and collapse responses, chronic pain, and an overactive, overthinking mind. After being diagnosed with various labels, from depression, ADHD, bi-polar, C-PTSD, fibromyalgia and navigating years of trying to “fix” myself, I realized my body didn’t need more force it needed movement, safety, and expression.
I was searching for balance: a way to soften the nervous system, filter and channel racing thoughts, and move through anger, resentment, sadness, while slowly inviting authenticity, joy back into my body and life.
As I explored different healing modalities, and I noticed when I stopped trying to follow more rigid linear structures and allowed myself to go with a gentle intuitive flow, my body naturally created its own rhythm. FlowFusion was born from that place.
This practice has a grounded foundation creating openness, safety, and nervous system regulation while also offering freedom to express emotions that words can’t hold. It supports release without overwhelm, expression without pressure, and movement without performance.
FlowFusion is not about doing it “right.”
It’s about listening, feeling, and letting your body lead you back home.
A little about me
My Name is Line Perreault, I am a Reiki Master, Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, Certified EFT Practitioner, and trained in Intuitive Shamanism, among other modalities. While I bring a broad toolkit, my focus is on helping individuals transform emotions, release stuck patterns, and move out of automatic survival responses like fight, flight, freeze, fawn or collapse.
Through EFT, breathing techniques, intuitive energy work and somatic movement, I support individuals living with C-PTSD, chronic pain, stress, overwhelm, anxiety, anger, and fear in releasing stored tension, transforming emotional patterns, reconnecting with their bodies, and cultivating inner safety, presence, and self-trust. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and guided by the body’s
wisdom, allowing clients to move into a state of emotional resilience, embodied expression, and clarity. Sessions leave participants feeling lighter, more grounded, and empowered to navigate life with self-compassion and ease.
